Components Engine:
The following parts of gasoline and diesel engines:
pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshaft and
main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings,
camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain and
timing gears, intake and exhaust valves, valve
springs, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms, hydraulic
lifters, rocker arm shafts.
The engine block and cylinder heads are only covered
if damaged by a part listed above.
No other parts are covered.
Parts that require normal manufacturer’s recommended
replacement intervals are not covered under this
treatment program.
Seals & Gaskets: Seals and gaskets are replaced only
as part of repair or replacement of the above
covered components. Leaking gaskets or seals are not
covered.
Rental Car & Towing: This program provides a total
of $150 for car rental and a total of $100 for
towing. Car rental & towing will be paid on valid,
authorized claims only.
Labor & Diagnostic Charges: Are covered in
conjunction with an authorized repair on above
listed components. No labor or diagnostic charges
will be paid
on unauthorized claims or non-covered components.
Replacement Parts: In case of a failure of a part as
listed above, the administrator’s obligation is
limited to repairing or replacing broken parts,
including the replacement of all lost fluids and the
Lifetime Engine Defender TM product. Worn or burned
parts are not covered. Parts will be replaced with
like kind and quality based on the administrator’s
discretion.
Transferability: This program is not transferable.
Vehicles not eligible for
coverage: Exotic vehicles, collector vehicles, grey
market vehicles, taxis, vehicle used in racing or
competition, Yugo, Alfa Romeo, Corvette ZR-1, Lancia,
Ferrari, Acura NSX, Renault, Peugeot, Viper,
Stealth, Mitsubishi 3000, commercial vehicle usages,
alterations and modifications that are not approved
by the manufacturer are not covered |
